Dawg Hole Jig - 4 Hole

This is a scaled down Dawg Hole Jig that has 4x 3/4″ holes, all spaced 6″ on center.

To use the jig, you center and line up one row of the holes exactly where you want them, and either use a router bit to trim out the holes, or mark with a paint pen and drill them out with a 3/4″ forstner bit.    Once the first 4 holes are in place, you can place 2 bench dogs into the holes on the Dawg Hole Jig, and that ensure your next 2 marks are exactly where they need to be.   Repeat that process until you’ve got all the dawg holes you need in your bench.
